We are pleased to offer you low shipping charges on all product selections, and the cost will be provided on the checkout page depending on the location of your address.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD). We also accept payment by credit card (VISA / MasterCard / AMERICAN EXPRESS) and debit card (VISA / MasterCard)
Talk to the Customer Service Center. Share your order number with us / we will track with you the product options or products that you want to exchange or retrieve. We will record your request and we will contact you on your personal phone to inform you of the shipping instructions to return the product or products to us.
Products that have been received less than 15 days from the date of receipt, provided that they are wrapped and in their original condition, i.e. in the condition in which they were received.
We cannot accept the return of accessories / underwear products, and we also do not accept the return of items received in other than their original condition.
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the request.
The value of the products that the return or exchange request has been accepted will be refunded to you in your account if the payment was made online or refunded to you through the shipping company if the payment was made upon receipt
